Sounds like ppl try to consume probiotic foods too much too soon. I like probiotic or fermented foods. But i eat it in moderate amounts. I eat a variety of good foods, not just probiotic foods. Theres a saying Too much of a good thing is not always good. There's a balance & amount that's good for everyone. And what works for one may not work for another. Listen to your body. If it doesn't work then stop. And find what does works. Also what type of health problems do you already have that needs to be worked on first. But eating clean & avoiding processed foods & sugars is a good start. 🥰
